Inner Peace: A Faith-Based Wellness Retreat

I'm SO excited to share what we've been working on, and I'm personally inviting you to the Inner Peace: A Faith-Based Wellness Retreat!

This weekend is designed as an opportunity to take some time to breathe and focus on your overall wellness.  You will learn tips and tricks to help create and keep balance in your life and the opportunity to sit and listen to the Lord as you focus on finding your inner peace.

This retreat has been created for a limited number of women to attend to allow others to get to know each other on a deeper level.  The hope is that some lifelong friends will be made during this weekend.  

Please feel free to invite a friend you'd like to bring, but with space being limited, you are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible!
